All-hands meetings

An all-hands where everyone gets a say.

Large meetings tend to be a few people talking. Live polls and a quick quiz let the whole room take part, in the office or remote.

A poll or word cloud shows the mood of the room in seconds, and people answer under a nickname they choose.

A short quiz on this quarter's goals is a lively way to check the message got through, and up to 1,000 players can join one session on the Business plan.

How to run it with Tuggoo

  1. Prepare a few questions

Three to five questions are enough: a warm-up poll, a word cloud and a short quiz on the main announcements.

  2. Share the PIN

Show the PIN and QR code on the main screen and in the video call. People join at tuggoo.com/join from any device.

  3. Show the results live

Results appear on the big screen after each question, so you can respond to them on the spot.

  4. Read the room afterwards

The report keeps every response, including open answers, to review after the meeting.
