Terms of service

Last updated October 21, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Vertical Shifts, Texas, USA, which operates tuggoo.com and its services ("Tuggoo", "we"). By creating an account or using Tuggoo you accept them. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to bind it. Contact: office@tuggoo.com.

2. Accounts

  • There is no minimum age. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent, guardian or your school must accept these terms for you, and they are responsible for your use of Tuggoo.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Organization owners and admins decide who joins their organization and with which role, and are responsible for their members' use of it.
  • Players can join sessions without an account. The host is responsible for the session and for its audience being allowed to take part.

3. Plans and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and are per organization, as shown on the pricing page. Taxes may be added where they apply.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel in Plan & billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
  • Purchases are final: once a plan is purchased, payments are not refunded, including for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires a refund.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.
  • The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change Free plan limits.
  • If a payment fails, we may move the organization to the Free plan. Nothing it created is deleted, but Free limits apply.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your players put into Tuggoo. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide and improve the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload.

Questions and suggestions made with AI regeneration can be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing them before you publish or use them, and we suggest you don't use AI regeneration for sensitive questions.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Tuggoo to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • harass, threaten or harm people, or share hateful, sexual or violent content involving minors or anyone else;
  • send spam or malware, or trick people into giving away information;
  • try to break into accounts or systems, get around plan limits or security, or overload the service;
  • copy or resell the service, or scrape it, except through features we provide;
  • pretend to be Tuggoo or someone else.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tuggoo available and secure, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature of a paid plan in a significant way, we'll tell you in advance.

7. Ending use

You can stop using Tuggoo at any time and ask us to delete your account or organization. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your content.

8. Disclaimers

Tuggoo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tuggoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tuggoo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Tuggoo because of your content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tuggoo after that means you accept the new terms.
