Questions about pricing
- Is Tuggoo priced per host?
- No. A plan covers the whole organization, and every member can create and host sessions. The member limit is the only per-person number.
- Do players need an account or an app?
- No. Players open tuggoo.com/join in any phone or laptop browser, enter the PIN or scan the QR code, and pick a nickname.
- How do I pay for a paid plan?
- Upgrade from Plan & billing in the app and pay by card. You can change your plan or cancel at any time.
- What does billed yearly mean?
- The yearly price is the monthly rate when you pay for a year at a time, about 20% less than paying month-to-month.
- Can we go back to Free?
- Yes. Free limits apply straight away and nothing you made is deleted, but you can't add more than the Free plan allows.
